Treatment Approach

As a registered Social Worker, I believe that counselling is a collaborative approach between you and your counsellor. Through the telling of your story and in addressing its impacts on your life, you will be empowered to change and grow.

The goal is to provide an open, safe, supportive and confidential environment to address the issues that are concerning you.
